byrne dean are a group of very experienced employment lawyers from top firms who have chosen a different path. Since 2003 their goal has been to make a real difference in their clients’ workplaces.
Most of the time their focus is simple: improving communication and building workplace relationships. In this way the sort of problems that they have spent many years litigating and arguing over can be avoided.
Without being messianic or preachy, they are animated and enthused about what they do (and how they do it).
We have built an online eResource for byrne dean, that delivers advisory content concerning human resource issues in a friendly accessible style. User specific content and branding provides a client-focused experience. Alongside a standard website login the service is also available to selected clients via their intranet, with an appropriate level of security, delivered via a service API.
byrne-dean staff control the e-resource with a comprehensive eCRM system, allowing for full control of page content and client-user administration. We continue working with byrne-dean, providing advice on best practice, interface design, filetypes and content integration, security and other online customer experience issues.
