We are Harwin’s digital agency and provide a full service to their Global and Asia Pacific websites.
With over 20,000 products and a complex product catalogue, the Harwin websites need to be display graceful, intuitive navigation, friendly, helpful assistance and an efficient conversion funnel. Alongside the product data we have implemented language specific landing pages, SEO optimised landing pages around particular products and information rich application pages that detail how their inter-connect devices are deployed in a variety of market sectors.
Alongside the public facing content there are customer and distributor extranets, allowing secure dissemination of personalised data such as pricing, order status and product updates.
We continue to work with Harwin to refine the customer experience and extend the features available, most recently by enhancing the sample request mechanism to improve conversions.
